Management Training is an essentially external training programme conducted at various management institutes or professional bodies. Few employees at the senior or middle management are identified along with the areas where training is required. They are sent for the programmes as and when related Programmes are conducted.
Competency training programme is conducted for all those employees who regularly come in contact with respected clients and customers. In this programme the employees are trained upon attributes related to the skills in terms of interacting with the clients, providing efficient and quick services and being empathetic with the client's problems irrespective of their behaviour.
In this training programme, certain employees are identified who have the ability to train the juniors and operational persons at different levels.
After being trained on how to train the juniors and operational persons, these trained people takes care of training on products, services provided, handling various application, effective work methods, technical methods. required behaviours etc.
